Take a day for yourself! Located at the beautiful Stoney Creek Retreat near Kumeu, this day is designed to give you a 'refresh and restart' with a focus on mindfulness and visualisation. 

Leave the city and take time to reconnect with yourself, your goals and nature.

Guided by Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and registered Theta Healing Practitioner Catherine Southwick, you will experience a day of mindfulness and meditation.

The yoga class will be very gentle and suitable for total beginners - just a great way to relax at the start of the day.  

Then, discover Mindfulness - learn what mindfulness is, and how we can easily incorporate it into our everyday life to bring more calm, joy and productivity. Mindfulness can bring you out of stress responses immediately and back into the all important rest and repair mode.  Stress is now being highlighted as one of the biggest cause of overall disease in our bodies.  Learn how to de stress in any environment and increase your physical and mental health.  This is a must have in your personal toolkit.

Finally we will create our vision boards.  This is a very powerful tool to find out your desires and have them down as clear intentions to manifest.  You'll be amazed at how many you can tick off in a years time!

Morning tea and lunch catered with nutritious meals - come and treat yourself to a day off.
