In my "Things healthy people do" workshop I talk about cleaning your tongue. This is an Ayurvedic practice that dates back thousands of years. Cleaning your tongue as part of your daily routine has numerous benefits.
It helps remove the bacteria and toxic substances from the tongue -these may be re ingested if not cleaned off. These toxins can cause bad breath and affect taste. A clean tongue is vital to digestion. Cleaning your tongue can also stop cravings.
To use as part of your morning routine, scrape tongue from top to bottom until clean. This should only take a few seconds. Once your first start you'll be shocked at how much goop comes off!!! Clean and store for the next day.
