Start the New Year by treating yourself to a day of relaxation and resetting yourself. This day is based around giving you manageable tools to de-stress and energise yourself through food and wellness techniques and will finish up with you putting all your goals on a vision board to cement them for the next 12 months.
We will start the day with a relaxing Qi Gong routine (a moving meditation) and then after a warm cup of tea and a chat, Catherine will give you some great easy tools you can bring into your daily routine to increase your health and happiness. Then, after morning tea, Melissa from The Thrive Guide will give a brief insight into the different body types we all have and how they differ when it comes to maintaining our weight, and overall physical and mental health. She will also give us tips on how to gain energy and reduce stress through our diet.
Adding to this, Catherine will then talk more about stress and anxiety and how it affects our health. How we can be more aware of it building up in ourselves and others and how to self manage through mindfulness and energy healing techniques.
After a delicious lunch we will dive into our vision boards. With all the inspiration we have had throughout the day we will put it all on paper to take home to remind us of what we have planned for our year ahead!
