This workshop is designed for a maximum of 20 people. It is an interactive and relaxed environment that allows team building, bonding and future accountability within the group.
We look into stress and how it affects our body and give tools using Mindfulness to get out of the Fight or Flight response of stress and back into the calming productive presence of Rest and Repair.
Think of it as a first aid course for your mind! Every staff member will receive a certificate of attendance for employee records. Remember to book in your yearly refresher course.
